Class schedule for October, November & December 2011

Starting in October we will be switching classes to the first and third Tuesdays of the month.  Classes are also now at 12:30. 

Class Schedule:    October: 4th & 18th

                                    November:  1st & 15th &29th

                                    December 6th  (Christmas Finale)

Fall is here!! Class projects for Tuesday, September 27th at 12:30

This week we will work on fall projects.  You will make the full size card, using a fun technique called "bleaching".  We will also be making the smaller card, which can be used as a place setting card, or add a greeting in the oval for a small greeting or gift tag.  Also we will make the cute napkin rings.  I loved playing these colors and stamps for fall.

Boo!! Class for Tuesday, Sept. 13 - NEW TIME... 12:30 pm

 
I know it seems early, but Halloween is right around the corner, especially in crafter's time.   So, this week we are focusing on some cute Halloween crafts.  We will make the ghost card, the witch box and the candy tube.  The box with the witch on the front has a box that slides out and can be filled.  We will be playing a lot with punches this week.  The ghosts on the card are made from punches.  Of course I had to use the new 1" x 8" bags, they make such cute candy tubes.  You will get to make all 3 projects for only $8.  All supplies included in kit, even the candy.  :)

Now a couple of photos of a couple of milestones in our house this week.  Mason started 2nd grade on Wed..  He really likes his new school and his teacher!  Also, he got a new pet.  His parakeet that he named Pete.  Pete is totally tame and can be handled by everyone... the kids love him.  I think he is already the most spoiled and loved bird around.
